5 /5 Minjoo Kim: Before I started training here, I hated exercising in any form, but now I work out 3-4 times a week because I have really experienced the benefits of exercise. Ive trained with Laura since late 2019 in the gym and online, and its kept me healthy and sane during the pandemic. Laura is super knowledgeable and motivational and continues to plan various types of regiments so that I can work on my goals. Training with Laura has not only made me stronger in general, but has also helped with managing the pain I have in my knees and lower back. Everyone else at the gym is very welcoming as well, and its just a great environment to work out in. Highly recommend this studio :)
