5 /5 Chantelle: Extremely clean, friendly staff, friendly customers, 5star hotel quality sauna, plunge and changing rooms. Technogym equipment. Really impressed that they offer massages too. Everything looks brand new, very well maintained. I’ll be travelling further than I’m used to for this gym but it’s totally worth it. I didn’t think I’d find a gym with all of these facilities at a reasonable cost and had considered David Lloyd but I don’t want to deal with children everywhere, I don’t care for racquets and I hate swimming!

After switching from David Lloyd, not only did I cut my monthly cost in half, but I gained a welcoming, well-run fitness space that I genuinely look forward to visiting. The staff are friendly, professional, and create a great vibe throughout the gym. It can get busy at times, but theres plenty of high-quality Technogym equipment, and everything is always spotless. The space is beautifully designed – clean, well-lit, and stylish – and although its not huge, the layout makes fantastic use of the space. From treadmills and rowing machines to stair climbers, weights, and bikes, there’s everything you need for a complete workout. A real highlight has been the personal training – I’ve had a few sessions with Anca, who has been incredibly helpful in improving my form and helping me build muscle. The instructors here are a great investment. It’s also great to see the little touches that make this gym feel premium without the price tag: the clean and modern changing rooms, showers with hairdryers and straighteners, and a cozy café serving great coffee, smoothies, and healthy snacks. I often pop in just for a coffee, and the new ice plunge is a fantastic addition too! No more queuing for showers or scrambling for sockets, which makes every visit truly hassle-free. The gym feels safe and inclusive – which sadly cant be said for all local options – and there’s a lovely community feel. I’m excited to try the yoga and spinning classes soon, and I haven’t even made it to the sauna yet! Reshape is a fantastic addition to Beckenham, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality gym with a great atmosphere and reasonable pricing. Other gyms could definitely learn a thing or two from this place!

5 /5 Hannah Sierp: Such a beautiful, clean, well-lit and stylish gym. Just off the high street, it’s not huge but uses the space really well and has plenty of technogym equipment: treadmills, bikes, weights, rowing machines, bikes, stair climbers and elliptical machines. Staff are friendly and helpful. Membership is very reasonable. The changing rooms and showers are clean and modern. There are hairdryers and straighteners in the changing rooms too. Haven’t used the sauna yet but great there is one. There is also a little cafe that sells healthy snacks, smoothies and coffee. Excited to try the yoga/spinning classes soon too. A fantastic gym - really glad we have this in Beckenham now!
