5 /5 iam_ vssk: I had a keratin treatment at Rebecca Beauty Salon and it was a wonderful experience. Latha Acca is kind, caring, and truly amazing lady. Big shout out to Megha for her great work and attention to detail. The staff are warm, friendly, and very skilled. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My hair feels soft, smooth, and easy to manage. I am very happy with the results and I highly recommend this salon to everyone. Xx

4 /5 Agnes zypr55ww45Dsouza: The salon is not labelled as Unisex and was very surprised to see a man sitting when we walked in. After I finished my facial service, I again saw another man sitting outside the facial room ( the door couldnt be locked ) and was quite close to the room where my mum was getting her facial done. Absolutely not happy with this !!! No issues with the salon treatment, the staff are amazing

1 /5 Saakshi Saxena: Worst service today. I have been going to this for the last 7 years and its always been so good. This time the new lady messed up the blow dry so bad I look like hagrid from harry potter. I have wavy hair and it needs to be blow dried properly but the lady kept blaming my hair texture? I have a very common desi hair type, and every time (without a miss till now) I have had amazing blow drys and hair cuts. This lady charged me £30 for trimming and "setting" for leaving my hair in a disaster one night before a big event. When I told her I can blow dry it myself cause I dont have my dryer with me or straighteners today, she refused. Im sorry to say she has no skill for styling any other hair type than straight hair. So very disappointed!
