1 /5 Farah: I have been coming here for years intermittently and usually get my eyebrows done by the usual ladies that have worked here for all this time. I come here specifically for them as they do a good job. I had a new lady and she burnt the skin around my eyes with the wax. I called the next day to complain and asked for a refund of £11 to resolve it. They said they don’t do refunds and their manager would call me. They never called me back and I have big dark marks around my left eye which make up couldn’t even cover for my Christmas party last night. I hope it doesn’t scar :( be careful with this place as they clearly are more money driven then care about the damage they’ve done to my eyes :(

1 /5 Federica Ceresa: I had my nails done just yesterday, and I’m shocked at how poor the polish quality is. Within just 5 hours, it started peeling, and now, barely 24 hours later, it’s completely falling apart. To make matters worse, I haven’t done any house chores or even washed dishes—there’s absolutely no reason why my nails should look this destroyed.

5 /5 A G: It was my first visit, and Ramanpreet gave me a wonderful gel manicure. She was very helpful in advising me on the perfect shade, and I absolutely loved the final result. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend!
