To make a long story short, after a session with them where I got acrylic extensions and nail art, I had to return the same day, with no appointment, because I wanted to get the colour changed to something more like my inspiration picture. Through trial and error, we realised that we weren’t going to get anywhere close and I decided instead to go white.
Everyone was so patient, so understanding, and they genuinely wanted the best nails for me. They never got irritated or annoyed by my constant input and the fact that I was very insistent on getting the right colour. We were sat there for a long time and not once did they make me feel like I was overstaying my welcome even though I’m sure other nail places would have and all while they were busy and were handling many things at once after suffering a tragic situation.
And they actually redid my nail art for free!
I’ve never experienced such as personal level of service. That’s what makes Rachel’s so special — they care. Everyone was so generous, kind and so talented!
I came out with nails people kept complimenting and I love them a lot. 100% recommend and 100% will come back.
