I had a problem with my hip and with her help in her 1st months my problems gradually became better. Here I am nearly 80 still with her at least 4 times a week. She’s with me on holiday and sometimes in Australia with my family. She is with me always and she is amazing.

Rachels classes and videos are varied and carefully choreographed and are taught with such compassion and care. She is clear in her instructions. She tells you how and why, and she repeats her instructions with every move which is important for us to become proficient. I value all of Rachels work and am very thankful for her live sessions.

I am ever so thankful to Rachel for providing a wide variety of Pilates sessions, free via YouTube, where I can choose whatever session I feel like doing based on ailments, how I feel, what I need. From the Senior Standing Pilates to Intermediate Pilates sessions, short sessions, long sessions - whatever suits your day, is available. Rachel is kind and heartwarming and I welcome her into my lounge room regularly to brighten my day, teach me the correct positions and moves, whilst being positive and friendly. I choose The Girl with the Pilates as I trust her with directions and admire her patience and willingness to help others. Thank you Rachel for everything you do!
