1 /5 Micha: Avoid avoid avoid! I was a regular customer at this nail shop for many years but in the last year it has gone down hill. On countless occasions I have made an appointment for 6pm (because of work) and come into the shop only to met with the manager rudely telling me she’s too busy to do my nails or that I should come back later (knowing she closes at 7pm), when she previously agreed to the appointment. I have also seen her do this to other people and be very rude to them when they question the same. The customer service isn’t great here - they even speak about people in their own language and it’s very obvious. Also, hygiene isn’t great here. Hand washing seems to be too much for them. They switch between doing peoples pedicures at the same time or doing peoples pedicures and peoples finger nails without washing their hands. I developed a fungal nail infection from coming to this shop. The man working there also has a fungal nail on one of his fingers and does not wear gloves when doing peoples nails. It’s unsafe - I have since switched nail shops.

1 /5 Coko247: Terrible service!! I had been to the shop a couple of times and the owner has said as long as you get there before 7pm she can do your nails. I took my happy self one day and at in the shop around 6.30 pm. She saw me take a seat and let me wait for 15 minutes before saying she couldn’t see me and I should leave the shop. HOW RUDE! I reminded her of what she had told me about the the time cut off and she said no she just can’t go my nails now. Well how about saying that when I first sat down and not after I had invested 15 minutes of wait time!? Such bad customer service and rude. They get complacent these places but don’t they know these shops are 3 a penny and in every high street these days!?? I asked her if she was sure about this? She said yes. I told her if I leave here now I will never come back and I mean it! I will never darken that doorstep again!! The 1 star rating I gave was too much for this place FFS!!
