1 /5 Crystal Jane: Me and two other friends visited Queens today the staff are extremely rude. Don’t even talk. Get annoyed when you asked to look at a different colour from the one that I’ve showed them and that you’ve asked for that looks a completely different colour on the nail we had spent £202 between us as we was leaving, I noticed something was sticking out of my nail so I asked the lady to just snip it off. She rolled her eyes clearly didn’t wanna do it then my other friend had her hands and feet done the lady what was doing hers started removing the acrylic overlay what she had on her nails to then tell her that she had to put it back on without saying she would be charged for what she was doing then when we go to pay they couldn’t find my friends card and said that she had money off last time she wasn’t hinting for money off she just wanted her card stamped they clearly get rid of peoples cards when they know that they’re gonna get a few quid offthey make the prices up as they go along Will not be returning horrible experience nothing but rude !!
