2 /5 Vasundhara Goyal: Last evening was my second time here. The first time was a good experience however yesterday I had a terrible experience. The staff was different. I told her how I wanted my blow dry but she kept on doing the way she wanted to do it resulting in an average blow dry that was not of my choice. The over all experience was not great, she kept on pushing my head to have it in the right direction according to the hair dryer. Even after me telling her please just ask me to move my head instead of pushing it again and again. To which she reacted and was like ‘is this push, is this push’ . Don’t think I will be going to this place again. The only good part was that I could walk in without an appointment on a Friday night. But no wonder that the parlour was empty because of terrible customer service

5 /5 Shima Ba: I had my waxing done today and it was a great experience, the therapist was very lovely and made sure I was comfortable. The treatment went very well and was the first time I felt no pain. The entire booking was very professional and I came out very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

2 /5 Michelle Pindura: I’m not one to post reviews but i felt the necessity to in this case. My first time coming to Queen Lux for my nails. I was welcomed by a gentlemen who asked me what I wanted. He proceeded to tell me the price. I was happy with the slightly more expensive price as I requested for a more complex design. After showing the nail technician, the price drastically increased and she seemed uncertain of the nail design. ( for those interested i requested for red bottom nails). I agreed to compromise and chose a less complex design. (black french tip). The nail tech proceeded with this. I noticed two of my nails were bent as she was applying the accrylic. She blamed it on my natural finger nail. I’ve been getting my nails done for a very long time at other stores. no one has EVER used such an excuse. It made me feel so uncomfortable. i actually wanted to leave the store at that point but she wanted to fix it.. I was running out of time so i told her to forget the black tips. it’s not even three days later and two of my nails have come off due to her poor application. £40 down the drain.

5 /5 Annie Smith: I’ve been going to see Nasrin here for beauty treatments (mostly waxing and threading) every month for two years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! She often comes in on her days off to fit around my schedule and all the treatments are quick, painless and thorough.
