5 /5 Robyn Gilders: I started a beginners 5 week course in TaiChi some years ago with Lili and David. I wasn’t sure it was for me because I don’t enjoy formal exercise classes but within a few weeks I was feeling the benefits.
I became less stressed, arthritis was less painful and my mind was less fuzzy.
The movements are slow and controlled and Lili stresses that our bodies are all different so to stretch only as far as we are capable.
‘Listen to your body.’
The group is made up of different ages, sizes and capabilities.
Lili is flexible with moving classes if you can’t get to one on your usual day.
People in the class are friendly and supportive and Lili is a patient, kind and excellent teacher. She wants us to do our best and gets the best out of us.
Highly recommend trying some classes.
I’ve found them beneficial and fun.
