1 /5 Marrium Jabbar: ~I don’t even want to give them one star. First, she won’t tell you the rate, and then when she does, it’s lower. But when you actually go for the service, the price is higher, and the behavior is also strange. Went there for 2 times but she didn’t fix my hair.

1 /5 Manpreet kaur: I booked them for bridal henna. They quoted me 1 price and then try to charge me £100 m ore on the day which was very unprofessional. When I asked what the extra charge was for they started waffling and making up nonsense. I told them I was paying what we agreed and then they need to leave. Next day on my wedding today they called me again which I did not appreciate. Very unprofessional!!

1 /5 Stan D: Very unhygienic and unprofessional. Terrible experience!! Took 70 min for a simple hair cut that never took more than 20 -39 min elsewhere .. The ladies ran out of towels and used the same towel on different customers . One of the ladies took a clip off her own hair to use on her customer ... the whole place is filthy and the staff are disrespectful towards the customers. An old lady complaint of the way she was trated to the manager and as she left the manager just laughed .. They are not honest with prices , tell you one price when you book and at the end tell you different price saying you misunderstood. Done it to a customer in front of me, and when I had to pay done it to me too.
