Sessions are very challenging and can be adapted to suit the needs of the athlete, with great advice from very well educated owners. Access to open gym is amazing for those who like some low key workouts or to fit in around shifts. If I wasn’t moving abroad, I wouldn’t have dreamt of handing my notice in.
