Zaac AT Gyms wonderful, wide variety of machines and they recently bought new ones too! I like their NEW hip thrust machine and the ab stand. Not too packed and great music too. In terms of staff: Claudia is amazing, her classes are banging and are honestly such vibes! Harrison is great energy also and a very positive chap. Maeri is always there when you need her and to help with any account issues. Isaac is lovely. Great team.

Nargis Begum Nothing beats F45 at Tower Bridge. The whole team are lovely, welcoming and very knowledgeable. You get the benefits of group exercise and a personal trainer all rolled into one. I trained with F45 during BC ( Before Corona) and have recently returned. This is the only place that I trust and where I actually notice a difference in my fitness levels. I highly recommend it for your fitness journey.

Ainhoa I went to the Energise Hum class by Orianne and absolutely loved it. The flow was both playful and relaxing, the ambiance was peaceful, and I loved practicing with essential oils. There were only four of us, which made it feel intimate and allowed for a genuine connection. Meeting Orianne truly changed the dynamic of my day afterward, I was way more calm and productive. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nosila Facepainting & Event Services Been here to offer my service multiple times and love this place , I highly recommend for birthday parties , staff are friendly and kids will have a lovely time ! Upstairs where children eat also good space and clean ! Parking not a problem as they have their own , I always find it easy park aswell !!
