5 /5 L S: I came out of here feeling like a new woman. After spending thousands on a chiropractor over the last year or so for a sore neck, I wish I’d know about this place sooner!! I had a deep tissue massage and honestly feel the most relaxed and healed I have for a long, long time. This is now something I am going to be factoring into my future on a regular basis. Highly recommend! Clean, professional, amazing value, so friendly and helpful - just brilliant.

3 /5 Bobby Bernard: I’ve been to this salon several times and generally really like the massages here — the therapists are professional and the treatments have always been enjoyable. My most recent massage was no exception; the therapist who looked after me did a lovely job. However, I was disappointed with the service I received when enquiring about using my TreatWell voucher. I called in advance to check, and the receptionist told me quite bluntly that they did not accept TreatWell vouchers. This was confusing because the salon does partner with TreatWell online, and I was able to book and pay through the app without any issue — including using the £25 voucher my friend bought me. It felt as though I was being pushed to pay full price unnecessarily, which wasn’t a great experience and left me feeling a bit uncomfortable. I’m sharing this here not to be negative, but in the hope that it can be addressed, as it’s not the standard of customer service I’ve experienced here before. Despite this, I would come back again because the quality of the massage itself was very good. I just hope the communication around vouchers and customer service at reception can be improved.

5 /5 Katarzyna Strzałka: The best pedicure in Balham. I got the luxury pedicure and it was truly great with all the scrubs, peelings, masks etc. Ive been looking for a local place and tried six others. They cannot compare to this one. My nails are shaped, feet are smooth and the polish is perfectly placed. I sadly forgot the name of the girl who did my pedicure but she was friendly, professional and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I wont be looking for any new salons, Im becoming a regular here. Strongly recommend!
