2 /5 Betty kessell: I went wanting just gel on my hands seeing as a the price said £20, unfortunately I asked for a manicure so I was charged £30. However, the manicure I did get was not worth £10 extra pounds I wasn’t expecting to pay. It was rushed and sloppy, my cuticles are ripped and bleeding. The gel polish too was done very quickly and not very well.

1 /5 Olivia Achiman: Horrible service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for light pink nails and was given a dark colour I didn’t want. I changed it twice and it was obvious I was unhappy, yet they didn’t notice. The nails looked awful. When I came back to fix THEIR mistake, they tried to charge me over half the original price. Even removing the nails and adding a top coat was going to cost half of what I paid, which is ridiculous. The male technician was rough, kept hitting my hands, and was huffing and puffing. No apology, no accountability, just disrespect. I will never return and I do not recommend this place at all. Go to another nail salon nearby instead.

1 /5 Lawrence Lindt: Rude and unprofessional. Because it was so bad I REMOVED the gel at a nearby salon right after. They cut my nails so short in a shape they decided without checking with me. They rushed me to move around with impatient gestures, as they couldn’t speak English. When I asked to try two colours on my nails to see how they go with my skin, they refused to??? I insisted and then they applied a tiny section - the size of a french tip. This is just ridiculous and unseen in any other place. After everything was done I just hated how the nails looked. So short they look like sad and the poor experience made me feel upset when. I went to another salon to take off everything.
