Rachel is an absolute artist. She does an amazing job every month; my manicures are always flawless and last perfectly until my next appointment. Rachel’s skills and level of service is fantastic. She is attentive to detail, professional, and makes sure feels valued and listened to what I want to have. 1 /5 vaiki anpalagan: Not a good experience. I went to get some pink toenails before my holiday. Within a few days the colour started fading into a patchy pinky/orange colour. I didn’t think it would get worse but within a week or so it changed into a really ugly beige colour with pink remnants around the edges. It looked really bad and I was so embarassed having my toes out on holiday. When I got back, I called them up to get it removed, of course expecting this to be free given what had happened to them and hoping for a partial refund too. The manager was neither apologetic nor gracious about the situation, blaming my holiday for the colour change and still charging me to get them removed.
