1 /5 Jada Evwaraye: I came in today to the prestige hair and beauty Thornton Heath to take off my nails with the nail tech I feel so uncomfortable being in the salons the man who work on reception made me feel was kept watching me I turn around me was kept staring me I felt so uncomfortable at this point The nail tech who was doing my nails he got an call the man at the reception stop music and turn his phone camera to video record to the nail tech being on the phone and I don’t know if I was being recorded at this point I will not be returning to this establishment again that record their staff and a customer being in a chair that’s not on Thank you to Tony for doing my nails thank you providing a great service I reported the situation with management I am not happy at all

1 /5 L R: Ive been here and to the West Croydon branch and anyday the West Croydon branch services are better. I was told £25 for Gel pedicure on the phone, they charged £35 . And I got Acrylic nails -manicure done , they quoted £35 over the phone charged me £45. What a shame! The pedicure was rushed, my cuticles on ny hands were bleeding.

1 /5 Riya Padaya: If i could give minus ratings i would!! I went to get my birthday vacation nails there. And this is the first time i am ever getting my nails done. Didnt have any high expectations or any difficult nail art as my request. The guy at the nail bar took several tries to do a starfish on my nail which everytime ended up looking like a flower which ruined the nail base and he didnt even care to fix it. The eyebrow lady who kept giving her two-cent advice in picking out the colour for me started to blame it on me when the nail colour didnt come out as expected?!!! So dumb!! And the audacity they had to charge me 38pounds for a poor nail paint and unskilled nail tech is outrageous!! My vacation and my birthday is ruined! And the fact that they didnt care about my disappointment just shows how money extorting business this is !! Look at the nail vs inspo
