5 /5 Nanda Makwana: A Brilliant no nonsense service. If you want a proper haircut without the small talk and product pushing, this is the place to go. My hair was fixed after I paid £45 for half a haircut. The lady at Prestige brought my hair back from its dire state within minutes. Excellent value for money, friendly staff and professional! Definitely coming back.

5 /5 Char Char Foster: Beautiful salon and great staffing team! The prices are decent too. They do hair, nails and even make up! There is also free parking right outside and on the neighbouring roads around it. Will definitely be using this establishment in the future.

1 /5 Sanna Rafiq: I strongly advise against visiting this salon for eyelash cluster services. While I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, I feel this situation warrants it. I had informed the salon in advance that my friend would be coming in for eyelash clusters. When she returned, I noticed the glue used was visible, so I asked her about it. After describing the bottle, I immediately recognized it as hair bonding glue. To confirm, I showed her a picture, and she confirmed it was indeed the same product. Concerned, I reached out to the salon via Instagram. The salon admitted to using bonding glue, which, as a professional business, they should know is not safe for use around the eyes. When I requested a refund, they refused, assuming I was only seeking money back. I chose not to have my friend return for removal, as I didn’t trust the salon to handle the situation responsibly. The salon even tried to point out that YouTubers use the glue, but I did a quick search as I know and have been told by past lashes techs that it’s not safe. And the search reveals it is unsafe for eyes which you will see in the pictures attached . I shared this information with the salon, yet they seemed unconcerned, dismissing my concerns and insisting they were in the right just saying to come and remove them, but why would I let my friend go back somewhere that’s has used something harmful for her eyes. My friend already began experiencing itching, and we now have to try to remove the lashes myself to avoid further damage as we do not trust the salon too . I was also concerned they might accidentally pull out her natural lashes during removal. Additionally, the application technique was incorrect. Eyelash clusters should be applied underneath the lashes, near the waterline, but they placed them on top like strip lashes. Thankfully, they didn’t apply them underneath, as this could have caused a serious reaction like infection corneal abrations or even vision loss. Yes some people use it but you can only use the most little amount but they dipped every cluster in it and like I said I can see the flue visibly In short, this salon’s practices are unsafe and unprofessional.
