5 /5 Fatima Ally: I had an amazing experience with Nina. She was incredibly gentle with her hands and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire procedure. She took her time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Nina is attentive, caring, and polite—she clearly cares about her clients comfort and confidence. I felt very well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone professional with a genuinely warm approach.

3 /5 ellesse newman: Other than Dee, who has been exceptionally helpful throughout my laser treatment I’ll be happy to see the back of this clinic! Staff turnover is high and it’s so difficult to get continuity with therapists staff, etc. booked in with a different therapist once again then threatened with the 48 hour cancellation policy when wanting to have continuity with the same person. As someone who works in healthcare myself, continuity is important build a rapport and makes you feel comfortable as a client. It should be the priority! The laser itself is good but consideration of what customers want ( and pay for) would go a long way.

Instead of masking problems, they treated the root cause using products from Eberlin Biocosmetics, a Spanish lab that clearly knows what its doing! After the treatment, they sat with me and explained my skin type, what it was lacking, and how to take care of it properly. I left not only glowing, but also feeling educated about my own skin for the first time in my life. I also loved that I could take home a personalised treatment kit to keep the results going. I already see my skin staying radiant! Truly worth every penny.
