PowerZone Gym - (Near Tower Hamlets, UK)

Tilok B Currently moved to this gym from Canary wharf and loving it already! The environment is good, changing room is well organized, toilet is always clean and also no flies/ bad smell like Canary wharf branch! The best part is the tariffs here are way more cheaper than there ;;)

Gillian Goh Did the 12:30pm strength class. Very clean & friendly training environment, well organized set up with clear instructions & demonstrations by coaches George & Scott. Great effective 45 mins workout, you can push as hard you want with solid guidance by the coaches. Thanks Sophie for the warm welcome too!

Amin Mohammed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really enjoyed my experience at E1 CrossFit! Ryan, was amazing, he really helped me with Olympic lifting, which I’ve always wanted to learn. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great place to go if you’re looking for a proper workout and want to meet a great bunch of people. Highly recommend!
