1 /5 Karen Richard: I visited this salon approximately four months ago and had an unsatisfactory experience, which led me to decide not to return. Since then, I have repeatedly encountered an individual associated with the salon standing outside the premises while smoking(old long white hair lady ) and actively soliciting passersby to enter the business. On multiple occasions, this individual has approached me directly and insisted that I return to the salon, which I have found uncomfortable and inappropriate.
I am aware that other customers have reported similar concerns regarding this salon. During my visit, I also observed ongoing internal disputes among staff members. Additionally, comments were made in my presence about other stylists, which I felt were unprofessional and unsuitable for a customer-facing environment.
Regarding the service I personally received, the products used during my appointment did not meet my expectations, and the condition of my hair deteriorated following the treatment. Several months later, my hair remains dry and damaged.
I did not post a review at the time of my visit. However, the continued conduct outside the salon has prompted me to share this experience. I have lived in this area for approximately 17 years and have not previously encountered a business engaging in this type of solicitation outside its premises.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.!!!!!
