Nick I have enjoyed mat, reformer and cadillac classes at Reigate Pilates. The team at Reigate Pilates are very professional and also very caring – they take the time to make sure that you’re OK with the exercises you are doing and only encourage you to do what you can do within the limits of your own body. Classes are fun and friendly with a mix people of age groups from all walks of life. The contribution that Pilates has made to my health is clear and I look forward to carrying on with the exercises at Reigate Pilates for the foreseeable future. The studio is modern, clean and warm and the Pilates equipment is really well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Reigate Pilates to anyone.

Samantha Westbrook GM FIT has great training sessions in a welcoming gym space. Its a lovely community of people, and very friendly. I started my journey with PT sessions six months ago. Grant ensured my technique was always correct to prevent injury. He made personal adjustments for my ability, making sure I protected my lower back (previous injury). I have now joined the group sessions too. Grant has a positive attitude, he gives encouragement and genuinely cares for my development. Im really pleased with the progress I have made since I joined. I feel stronger and more confident. I actually look forward to training! Its fun and always a laugh! Usually because I forget how many reps/sets Ive done and cant count!
