5 /5 Deborah Maudsley: Professional and friendly instruction/teaching/mentoring from a lovely lady, with such a variety. Sessions are always well planned and always something new. I found Pilates Crush during lockdown, and she has helped me to progress in many areas - but importantly to understand that certain limitations due to injury, age, flexibility, arthritis, etc, do not have to deter me from continuing. Always options for each movement, so that I am able to gently challenge myself at my level, as some parts of my body are more mobile than other parts. Obviously, it goes without saying that Pilates has improved my muscle tone, and also great for my mental well-being. Happy to recommend Pilates Crush to all experience levels.

Virginie is friendly, encouraging and motivational and you leave the class feeling that youve worked well.
