1 /5 TULAY ARLI: I went in for an eyebrow shaping, and she said it would cost £5. But after finishing my eyebrows, she started waxing my face, and at first I didn’t even understand what she was doing. I stopped her and said I didn’t want it. At the counter, she asked for £15. I told her, “I didn’t ask for these extra treatments.” Because I had paid by card, she said she could do it for £12. I gave £10 and left. It was basically daylight robbery. I felt very uncomfortable. They have neither proper English nor proper hygiene.

1 /5 Muslima Rahman: I just wanted a facial . I walked in and I asked if I needed an appointment? The lady said no we can do it now. So I thought ok, I just get it done. When I went into the treatment room it was not clean at all. I had to tell the lady to change the tissue paper . She started my facial with soap and water. I had to tell her to change the water. Then she used another face wash and then she used a face mask and straight away my face stared to burn. I kept on tell her my face is burning but she didnt understand. Finally she understand stood. And then wash it of with water. But unfortunately she didnt clean it all up and put on some face cream and said it is done .I was in the treatment room for 15 mins. I was left with their a burn face. When I came out the treatment room, I spoke to the owner but she was helpful at all. I will never go back again and I would not strongly recommend everyone not to visit this place . The staff cant speak English too. Very un clean. I will never go back.

1 /5 Sanchary Basak: I did my hair cut. She cut my curly hair without sectioning. As a result the cut wasnt clean. I visited next day for a clean trimming. Again she did the same. This time she didnt even wet my hair. Maybe she didnt know her job or she didnt bother to do it properly. It looks like a home-cut done by non-professional. Total waste of money. I will not recommend this salon not even in emergency.

1 /5 InA DeLa RoSa: This shop should be closed down i went there and asked if shes doing eyelash extensions she said yes the minute she started to do my eyelashes it started to sting and my eye was burning i started screaming for her to stop and i have no idea what type of glue she have used but it was very bad first time in my life she was very unprofessional she didnt even have tape she used tape that we use for home staff i got home and i couldnt get glthe glue out of my lashes for a week i tried everything and it didnt work after one week i babe lost my natural lashes it was worse experience in my life please do not go to this salon never !!! If i had the option i would do 0stars very very bad

1 /5 Isha Ahuja: Worst experience of getting legs waxing. The beautician did waxing like a fresher, which made lot of marks on my skin and left lot of small hairs. On top they charge £5 extra for foot waxing...which I was surprised that full legs dont include foot. It was my first and last visit.
