Nicole Tang Such lovely staff and amazing nails Updated 2 years later The detail on all the nails I get here are incredible. The reviews on Google I believe do not reflect the staffs time and quality. To back up the staff here Id say any reviews that mention wrong colours or misapplication is either due 1. if you book a gel appointment and then end up choosing a regular nail polish they advise you a similar colour they have in the gel range same applies for any manicure, sns, biab and acrylic. Ive had my nails done here at least 6 or 7 times a year and many times I have complicated designs which take 2-3 hours sometimes the colour wont match the pictures Ive chosen to show (BECAUSE ONLINE IS FILTERED OR UNLIMITED COLOURS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE). So compromise is needed even when the design is 10/10. Continuously throughout every appointment, I speak up if theres something I disagree with, shorter longer shape, colour the whole nine. Nail techs cant always read minds and especially when everyone have different standards and expectations for their nails. If you dont ask you dont get, entitlement alone is no excuse. Love you team see you for my Christmas nail. P.S Speaking in Vietnamese, Mandarin or any language isnt illegal theyre all family there :)

shashi patti The ladies were accommodating to fit me in. They were super gentle on my nails, no cuticle cuts or aggressive filing. The cuticle cutters I had came from a UV lamp box so were sterile. I was also able to test a few colours before choosing. Not the like the place next door (Ruby Nails) which made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Will 100% be back, and likely for a pedicure too, thank you.

O D I really like this salon! I use it for many treatments, and the service is always of high quality. The manicure specialist is excellent, and the hair and laser treatments are top-notch too. The atmosphere is very welcoming and child-friendly, which is great because I also take my kids there for haircuts. They love it! I highly recommend this salon.

Honey Cairns I LOVE this nail bar, the staff are all super friendly and happy to accommodate any requests… weather you want a simple nail colour or nail art they’re always profesional and I am always very happy with the results, they’re also very reasonably priced! You won’t find a better nail bar around the area.

Paula Bulai Im usually left with bruises all over when I get waxing done, its actually the first time I experienced not having bruises, very happy with the service. She was very quick and reassuring, explained me all the process and overall gave me the best and less painful experience ever. Super pleased with the end result. Lana Had a really wonderful deep tissue massage here with the masseuse Ayaka (hope I spelled her name correctly!). I like a really firm massage to knead out my knots, and Ayaka listened well and adjusted pressure perfectly. She definitely came across as experienced in her technique. The whole experience was super pleasant and relaxing. Not sure what some of the negative comments are about but this is one of the best massage experiences I’ve had in London for sure. Would love to come back.
