sam day What can I say about dinner? Well I can say since I’ve been going to his gym I have lost a tremendous amount of weight. I feel and look great. He motivates me so much and he’s enthusiasm to get results is quite amazing considering all the clients he’s training my lucky day when I popped in, I would definitely recommend that anybody that is considering to get their life back due to being overweight always tired and nothing fits that is what I was like six months ago now everything has changed.
