h m Really lovely lady served me today (wed 3rd sept) around 3pm at the till- she organised all my bits into a bag I was purchasing which was super helpful and a great idea. She was really lovely and even wished me a nice holiday as she could tell I was going away based on my purchases- I really appreciate her warm smile and amazing customer service. I wish I had gotten her name but hopefully she will be able to tell if it’s her based on this review!! Thanks for a great experience

Pauline Olayvar Shay is AMAZING! I’ve been seeing her every month for the past three years without fail, and she consistently does a fantastic job on my lashes. She’s quick but never compromises on quality. Not only is she brilliant at lashes, but her customer service is a solid 10/10. Cerrie Baines I had a wonderful and relaxing facial with Rachel. Always a lovely experience of chatting to catch up and then quiet and peaceful to relax. My skin needs a little more TLC of late and the aromatherapy glow facial was the perfect choice to help rejuvenate my skin. My face literally was glowing after the treatment for days. They took their time with my nails and were so precise and detailed throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the patience and care they put into their work. Russell Maxwell I had such a lovely facial with Agnieszka! She’s super friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel really comfortable. My skin felt so fresh and glowing afterwards. The front desk and manager were also warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back — highly recommend!
