1 /5 Farzana Nazir: I had the most worse experience, the hairdresser has completely ruined my hair and not accepting the fact that they have messed it up. When I complained to the manager they offered me a redo appointment but in all honesty I would never trust that hairdresser(Susan was very unprofessional and staff was rude) not recommending to anyone and I would never go back again. Absolutely false and rubbish respond. Off coarse they will explained their point of view which is completely unacceptable. They didnt even understand my feedback its a shame I lost my money. Beware with this company unprofessional and rude.

3 /5 HomeD DY: I booked an appointment in advance, expecting to be served on time. However, upon arrival, I had to wait for nearly an hour before anyone could assist me. This was quite frustrating, as the purpose of booking is to avoid long wait times. The staff was polite, but the scheduling needs serious improvement. 10/04/2025 I initially rated 1 star due to the long wait despite having an appointment. However, after receiving a sincere and thoughtful response from the team, I’ve decided to update my rating to 3 stars. I appreciate their professionalism and commitment to improving the service. Looking forward to a better experience next time.
