Emma Thornton In summary; Go. Effective classes, a great team, and all the facilities you need. This gym is small but packs a mighty punch. From its fun high intensity classes to the live DJ spin events, it makes you want to put on your trainers and work. The team here work hard to maximise any time you can carve out of your hectic schedule and are always on hand to answer any question or see if they can squeeze you into your favourite session. Ive been coming here for 3 months now, mixing it up across the classes keeps it interesting and the 30 minute lunch time sessions mean I can squeeze in a session even on the busiest of days. Try it, it will shake up your perceptions on what "going to the gym" means.

Tenisha Burslem-Rotheroe Gee Karia has been amazing in helping me manage my pregnancy related pain. I cannot recommend her or six physio Finchley enough! A lesson that you don’t need to suffer with aches and pains in silence during pregnancy. Gee has been phenomenal in helping manage immediate pain and ensuring I can remain mobile for the remainder of my pregnancy.

Eli Bowes Ive been to quite a lot of archery classes here and can happily say that the experience is always good. The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. He helps people of all levels and seems to have limitless patience. The equipment is generally good quality, a bit old or worn perhaps but perfectly serviceable and safe - and free to use. The general staff are all friendly and helpful as well. I cant comment on any of the other facilities or classes however.
