I had a Japanese head spa experience and Ellie was fantastic! She was super attentive to ensuring that the experience was exactly what I wanted-a relaxing and distressing session.

The treatment we received was spot on. They talked us through the process and honestly we have never felt so relaxed. It was calming and tranquil. Will definitely need another.

5 /5 kerry morris: I had the amazing Angelika for a full body massage which was incredible she definitely got those knots out whilst leaving me feeling relaxed from the toes up. Then I had the most talked about head spa by the amazing Sam its everything everyone says and more i had goosebumps at one point. The hair analysis is a great piece of tech and you can see before and after pics too. The salon is beautiful and the girls are all lovely. Would I go back? 100% and i highly recommend both treatments.

5 /5 MEGSG: This salon is undoubtedly the most select and stylish in Southampton : central location, easily accessible , with reasonable prices, amazing staff and truly great service. I always expect excellent value for the money I pay and this place exceeds my expectations twice per month for the last year , therefore no fault in their services ! Nicky in reception is always welcoming, with superb customer service skills! Liana is the newest addition to the team and I can say that I finally found the perfect hairdresser - she does not make unnecessarily questions and brushing my long hair is totally not painful now+ great advice offered on how to better look after my hair! The salon has been recently refurbished, colorful, very pretty, with comfortable chairs and high quality overall finishes ( mirrors are RAK ceramics from UAE ) being an addition to the already excellent quality provided at the salon. Proper coffee offered ( not instant ! ) on the house, too !
