5 /5 Amber Smith: 11/10 I have been coming to this nail shop for 6 years and no where else can compare. Prices are competitive, but you can’t put a price on excellent customer service. Anh and her team are personable, professional and the best at what they do. Great designs and quality nails that last, plus they are great women to just sit and have a chat with! Thank you so much!

1 /5 Mustafa Hasan: Worst place now previous owner was lovely I’ve been going there for over 10years to have a new employee I’ve never met try to over charge me without explaining a breakdown of why then decided to say something in her language because it wasn’t making sense to me then tell me to leave whilst other staff who know me who I tip every single time cause money isn’t the problem it’s principle they didn’t step in I’m asking can u give me a break down and she’s stuttering like u should know the prices it’s on the board or should be on the board explaining extra charges! instead overcharging loyal customers and then disrespecting them in front of people is what they do. The prices should be advertised with all extra charges but instead they make up prices in their head rather than what’s advertised! If u think £48 for an infill with no paint just top coat three nails missing and a full when a full Set is £38 and £10 for long length is worth it then go there but know I paid £25 for exactly the same infill and missing nails few doors down! Clearly lack Customer service skills and then to speak in her language about me is incredibly unprofessional I then walked in to try to resolve the issue but everyone ignored me like I wasn’t there and in front of other customers, anyone of these shops can do nails I paid more for hood service so I will never go back there I’d rather go somewhere my custom is appreciated with polite staff and good work which I received for half the price.

5 /5 Bethany Goodmann: This salon is amazing, I felt welcomed and was greeted by a kind team, I came in to get a pedicure which was brilliant at affordable price. Overall 10/10 definitely returning.
