1 /5 Marcin Bancarzewski: Do not waste your money and time. Staff is rude and not helpful, no customer service at all, gym is increasing membership prices regularly and offers less and less in return. I have been member of many gyms and this one is the worst by far. I almost feel like uninvited guest when coming through Reading Nuffield door. It’s a shame as this gym is local to my house, but it’s not worth £75.00 per month, for what? Old equipment, crowded classes and very intimidating members of front desk. And this is not only mine opinion but few other members, I have also seen negative staff reviews online, why is upper management not taking those seriously??? I did go to Wokingham branch and staff there is lovely, Reading should learn from them how to deal and speak with customers, at the end of the day we are tej ones paying their wages. Before you ask about anything the answer is: NO, there were 4 people chating at reception desk and when I asked for some quidance on using equipment I was told I have to book in advance for that, PT was too busy talking with Duty Manager (Poppy), I have to words for this crowd, there has to be some sort of positive change towards customer as otherwise everyone is going to leave or switch to another gym.
