I managed to get a last minute appointment for thai massage and it was brilliant, cannot recommend highly enough. Friendly staff and relaxed environment.

Razan was the one who did my massage — she’s really skilled and knew exactly where all the tight spots were. She worked through all the muscle tension, and I walked out feeling like a new person. If you’re sore or just need a proper reset, go there and ask for Razan. She’s the real deal!

3 /5 hellotanda: I think management may have changed. I used to love this place, but the experience hasn’t been the same lately. I booked a 30-minute Back, Neck and Shoulders massage (£48) and clearly asked for the focus to be on my back. Unfortunately, only about half the time was spent there, which was frustrating. While the therapist’s work on my legs and arms was pleasant, it wasn’t what I came or paid for. This was my second visit after a similar experience — I wanted to give it another chance, but nothing seems to have improved. I understand they may avoid concentrating too much on one area for professional reasons, but if that’s the case, it should be communicated clearly upfront — or reflected in the service offering or price. The space itself is nice but cramped and sadly, I’ll be looking for somewhere else going forward.

2 /5 Zubin Khan: After years of going there and getting massages, the ownership has changed and I have never been so gutted. The new management have changed the masseuses and the quality has degraded quite significantly. What uses to be a regular haunt, I am saddened to say wont be going back at all. A 90 min traditional Thai massage is no longer a traditional one which encompassed stretching and manipulation. Now its just some clueless lady poking and squeezing you. Incredibly sad that once a place where you could get a decent massage is no more.

5 /5 London Double Trouble: What a fantastic experience this was. I booked the deep tissue massage online while doing some research, and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend requesting for Mall; she was excellent with excellent knowledge and expertise, having actual upper shoulder and back issues. She explained and highlighted the faults and the adjustments to be made, incredible! Whether you are going on your own with a loved one or looking to treat someone, this has top ratings and for good reasons. The staff entering was lovely and friendly; were very grateful for the experience. Its just up the road from Victoria station, a quick 5 min walk and very close to Buckingham Palace. See you again very soon. Solid A***** LDT x

Laura I always go to Lorna and my nails turn out perfect every time. I am very sensitive and have a low pain tolerance and used to dread getting my nails done but it’s not uncomfortable with her at all. She also always has good ideas for the colour. My nails look good for up to 4 weeks, no lifting or breaking.

Victoria Wiseman I have had permanent makeup Ombre Eyebrows for over ten years with different technicians. Since finding AA Beauty a few years ago, I have been overjoyed with the extra mile they go. The shape I had before switching to them was never quite right. But Ashley sorted them in one session with a bit of adjustment. Now I have my eyeliner and lip blush, and I am so pleased with the results. Ashley is so professional and friendly. Although I am in the chair for a while getting all three treatments colour boosted, the time whizzes by as she lets me have a good old chat, and we put the world to rights. Her way of working is top-notch, and she measures everything twice and makes sure you are happy with the shape and shade even when she is doing a colour boost. Also located in a beautiful setting and super close to London transport links. I can’t recommend them enough.
