I left a review about the set of nails I got and I then went back to have them removed due to the pain. Nina the owner called me a liar, said they looked “fine”, shouted at me saying why didn’t I come back sooner (I had WORK so I had to come back 5 days later) and used other customers in the store to prove her point. She argued time and time again raising her voice and then speaking in Chinese so I didn’t know what she was saying. They then rushed the removal and didn’t even try to be gentle knowing that my cuticles were tender. She accused me of getting my nails done, partying and then coming back for a refund (basically service fraud) which I’m inclined to believe was racist I don’t believe if I wasn’t a woman of colour she would have alluded to something so disgusting. They are fake nice for a bit but the minute there’s an issue they’re really awful people, don’t go here.
