1 /5 Kendra: I paid £150 in full for this service. While I was still in the salon, I checked my baby hairs/edges and raised my concerns immediately. Instead of listening or offering a solution, the focus was on getting paid, not on the damage caused. After leaving and checking my hair properly, I could clearly see my baby hairs/edges were pulled out and gone, and the front of my hair was much lighter than what I asked for. This was not explained beforehand.
