The consultation was thorough, and they took the time to really understand what I wanted. The results turned out even better than I had hoped—very natural. The treatment was gentle, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little bruising there was. Overall, I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend.

Cara Spencer Have been visiting K&E for about 2 years now - Katie is really knowledgable and her treatments are of a really high quality. Had never used Calgel before, but it lasts so much longer than Shellac and doesn’t damage my nails. Katie has an amazing selection of colours and is immaculate in application. Would also really recommend the lash lift - I had it done ages ago, but it didn’t last, which just goes to show how much the technology has improved, as I now do this as an alternative to fake lashes. The Glass Facial is absolutely incredible - I was a bit scared at first, but I’ve seen a real improvement in my skin. My husband said to me the day after (provably the first time in about 10 years he’s ever noticed!) “Wow, your skin looks amazing - it’s like you’ve got this inner glow”. Would 100% recommend.

I often think it must be frustrating when customers change their minds on designs and colours during the procedure but let it shine always do it with a smile on their faces.
