1 /5 Natalia Myrie: Very bad service. They resell faulty products & are very disrespectful towards their customers, I went it and told them I’m not happy because this is not working and they began to get annoyed and frustrated, they spoke in their language & began to speak over me & dismiss what I had to say. The two women insisted this was brand new & told me it was a problem with my plug. This is how the box looked when it was given & the hair dryer stopped working as soon as it was plugged in. They test it in their shop first to let you see it works & so that you think there will be no issues hence why they say no refunds or exchanges. The lady told me I could exchange writhing 7 days if there is a problem but still refused to exchange when I was highlighting a problem to her. Very disappointed & dissatisfied. Would not recommended, £35 gone down the drain
