5 /5 Shaheen Haleem: I had an incredible experience at Neville’s Hair Salon! I booked in with Victoria for a balayage, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Not only is she talented and professional, but she’s also one of the nicest stylists I’ve met — so friendly, easy to talk to, and really made me feel at ease throughout the whole appointment. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered helpful advice, and the end result was just *stunning*. My balayage looks natural, bright, and exactly how I hoped it would turn out (actually, even better!). I’ve had so many compliments already. If you’re thinking about booking with Neville’s, definitely ask for Victoria — she’s amazing!

1 /5 J: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I booked a blowout with Elizabeth expecting defined curls, but the result was unacceptable. Out of my entire head, only two small sections were even slightly curled, the rest was completely flat. By the time I left the salon, the curls were already gone, making the service pointless. This is not what I paid for, and it shows a clear lack of care and professionalism. For the price and reputation of this place, I expected much better. I have done here before and it was good but now my view completely changed. I believe I deserve compensation and a full refund for such poor service. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience today!

5 /5 S Saleem: Maria is the best professional hair stylist. I met her at Jo Hansford in Harvey Nichols and I followed her when she left because she understands my hair and aesthetic desires. She is so patient and really listens to what I want, even when I use subjective terms and can’t articulate myself, she just reads my mind and creates the hair of my dreams. If you have naturally dark but fine quality South Asian or Middle Eastern hair like mine, Maria knows how to lighten and colour it to perfection without damaging it. Don’t trust anyone else!

5 /5 Kels: I just had the most amazing body contour treatment with Sana, she did a great consultation first before going through the steps of the treatment. She reassured me how everything will go. It was very relaxing and I felt very light afterwards. I would recommend her highly. Sana was professional and knew her stuff. The treatment lasted 45-50 mins and I really enjoyed it. There were different settings and whenever she changed the setting she informed me. Her after care advice was good also. I can’t wait to return thanks Sana. See you soon Kelly

I went in to refresh my look, previously highlighted my hair overseas and wanted to make the contrast between my natural dark brown roots look a bit softer and warm for summer. We only used 3% bleach which means the result is a more hydrated, multidimensional and natural looking sunkissed brunette! She also trimmed my hair just to keep it healthy, very happy with the end result! Maria’s approach to hair is tailored to the individual, elegant, and it was a pleasure to meet someone who is both warm and hardworking. I will be back again! Xx Simone Mimi
