1 /5 Bella B: I visited the salon for the first time with the intention of booking a facial. While the salon itself is clean and well-presented, my experience at reception was disappointing.
As I began speaking to the receptionist, she was interrupted mid-sentence and immediately turned her attention to another client who had just walked in, without acknowledging me or offering even a brief “one moment, please.” When I politely reminded her that I was speaking, she said, “She is my client, she has a booking,” and continued to focus on the other person. I replied that I am a client too, yet she did not acknowledge me or make any effort to address me professionally. She avoided eye contact and carried on writing, leaving me feeling overlooked and unwelcome.
Professionalism requires treating all clients with respect and attentiveness, regardless of whether they are new or returning. This standard was not met. Based on this experience, I will not be returning or recommending this establishment. Very disappointed
