1 /5 Jack: AVOID!!! Absolutely awful experience. My 12 Year Old Autistic Daughter finally plucked up the courage to go without mummy for the first time with her friend to get her nails painted, which is a huge deal and milestone however small it may seem, she was told she wasn’t allowed the nails she wanted (French Tip) instead given another colour whatever there reasons were for this wasn’t explained at all in a way for her understand. Then the job when completed came out absolutely shocking, they still charged her £25!!! Which she paid and then immediately phoned me crying as she felt extremely embarrassed and that she had failed this milestone in front of her friend whom she try’s so hard to mask her autism to somewhat fit in, Absolutely outraged having received a picture I went to the shop only to be told no way would I be receiving a refund and “come back tommorrow when the manager is here”, it took for the police to get involved who were also appalled by the absolutely disgraceful service, we was then offered a refund if my daughter returns to the shop to have the nails off which was a completely pathetic crumb of an apology. My completely disregulated Daughter would not of tolerated sitting back in the chair she felt so traumatised in so we had no choice as advised by police but to accept a £12.50 refund or nothing. Absolutely Disgraceful completely took advantage of two 12 year old girls, one being autistic. Didn’t hear the word sorry once. Please look at pictures below.
