1 /5 Jasba: Worst customer service ever. I am extremely upset. Went in for acrylic nail removal with gel on them. Told the receptionist and she said it’s not an issue. Took me to the lady and the receptionist rudely said ‘it’s not gel, it’s acrylics’ and told her yes that’s what I had told her. She goes on saying that I’m supposed to tell her what I’m coming in for so she can let her staff know. She upped the price to which I said that’s fine as she didn’t understand my request. The lady doing my nails kept filing my nails so much to the point they became red and raw. I told her it was hurting me a lot and to be careful. No apologies were made and she just snatched my hand back. Then came the soaking of the fingers. The receptionists prepared the hot water and the solution. When I put my hand in to soak my fingers the water was extremely hot and gave me sharp burning pain to my overly filed raw nails. I told the lady the water is TOO hot, to which the lady next to her said the water is supposed to be hot. I told her it’s extremely hot and is burning me. To then she huffed and removed the plastic finger holder from the water. You could see the water steaming as it was extremely hot. Again, no apologies were made. I was very upset and expressed this by telling them that they have been very rude with the customer service and then causing me physical pain. The receptionist then came over and the lady doing my nails and her started talking in their own language and laughing. I found this very rude and upsetting. I washed my hands at the end and paid for the service. No effort was done to even acknowledge what they had done let alone apologise. Will not be coming in again and warn other customers to be careful. My nails are currently burning and inflamed and sore. My nails look awful and they hurt.
