1 /5 Rayssa Nascimento: I have never left a bad review on google before knowing its impacts on the business, but honestly, this place have got to my nerves. I’ve had multiple issues about booking and rudeness but today was unbelievable. I booked my last session (finally) for laser hair removal at 14:30 two weeks in advance to make sure I would get the slot I needed. Two days before she asked me to go at 16:00, I had to change 2 other appointments to go at 16:00 but I agreed to. After 1 hour she said “it actually needs to be 16:30” . I was angry but ok. A day before she asked if I could go at 17:00 and I said that I have changed 2 other appointments so I needed to stay with the booking at 16:00/16:30. She replied rudely saying the staff would come only for my appointment so it had to be 17:00 or I could change to next week (which I’m not available by the way). Appointment booked for 17:00. Guess what?? I went there at 17:00 and THE SALON WAS CLOSED. I called her , she then called the her staff who was not picking up. I told I would wait for a response in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes she called me saying her staff was coming, but when I asked how many minutes, she simply said she had no idea. After waiting 25 minutes and after all the stress caused by her, I just went home and told her I couldn’t wait anymore. I was going there because of the price but trust me, it’s not worth it.

1 /5 Lily Davis: This was one of the most unprofessional salon experiences I’ve ever had. My original appointment was for 11:15, but I got a call at 9:30 asking me to come for 10:30 instead or my appointment would be cancelled. I arrived at 10:20 and didn’t leave until 11:45. This was only supposed to be a 30 Minute appointment. The first therapist only gave me a basic bikini wax before stopping. She admitted she hadn’t done Hollywood waxing in 10 years and even said she shouldn’t have been booked for the treatment. When I asked if someone else could finish, she called a friend and moved me into another room while I was left half undressed and waiting for the friend to arrive. The first therapist repeatedly tried to pressure me into booking laser hair removal, she was persistent, even mentioning me booking in as I left. The second therapist gave me a patchy Hollywood wax and also blew on my intimate area, which was extremely unhygienic and made me uncomfortable. The whole experience was stressful, unprofessional, and very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this salon.

5 /5 Adria Dinev: The laser hair removal is amazing and I have already seen the results! I am considering to do other body parts too. It is also extremely great value! . And I am beyond grateful for the genuine care and understanding. Ive always found the staff very friendly and accommodating.The place is clean too and luckily for me, I have visited it during quiet times and managed to chat with everyone, which i rarely do as an introvert. Highly recommended.

1 /5 Sonia Delgado: Please see attached my feedback experience for acrylic removal. Very disappointed even tho the young lady was sweet, I have to give my review. I’m also expecting a full refund as I have to got somewhere else to fix this before going to work .. I edited my review just after receiving this ridiculous answer. As I can’t reply back I’m just mentioning as because is part of my work perks as I’m not personally paying , the owner just said « we don’t refund non paying client »!! Wow what a customer service , no wonder why you so bad rated . Fine I don’t get refunded but atleast people know how bad is your service. Not even an apology… good luck !
