1 /5 Rayssa Nascimento: I have never left a bad review on google before knowing its impacts on the business, but honestly, this place have got to my nerves.
I’ve had multiple issues about booking and rudeness but today was unbelievable. I booked my last session (finally) for laser hair removal at 14:30 two weeks in advance to make sure I would get the slot I needed.
Two days before she asked me to go at 16:00, I had to change 2 other appointments to go at 16:00 but I agreed to. After 1 hour she said “it actually needs to be 16:30” . I was angry but ok.
A day before she asked if I could go at 17:00 and I said that I have changed 2 other appointments so I needed to stay with the booking at 16:00/16:30. She replied rudely saying the staff would come only for my appointment so it had to be 17:00 or I could change to next week (which I’m not available by the way). Appointment booked for 17:00.
Guess what?? I went there at 17:00 and THE SALON WAS CLOSED. I called her , she then called the her staff who was not picking up. I told I would wait for a response in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes she called me saying her staff was coming, but when I asked how many minutes, she simply said she had no idea.
After waiting 25 minutes and after all the stress caused by her, I just went home and told her I couldn’t wait anymore.
I was going there because of the price but trust me, it’s not worth it.
