Even though they were very busy, they made sure to speak kindly and politely to every customer.I live in London and travel to South Shields once a month, and this will definitely be my go-to place for nails on every visit.Thanks again, Kim.

Lovely services, lady who was painting my nails was super friendly and we had great conversation. The gentleman who did my articles gave me good advice. You can trust you are getting a good deal and a decent price. They are my new regular nail salon

5 /5 Lily Rebecca: I started coming here five months ago and come back every 5 weeks like clockwork now. It’s such a lovely salon, great facilities, very well priced and immaculately clean. The best part is the staff! I get such bad anxiety but they always make me feel welcome, never mind that sometimes I just sit and read as they work (or get annoyed when I accidentally put the wrong treatment down for my appointment). Everyone makes you feel so welcome and whatever design I want to get they do an amazing job. I’ve never had healthy nails and now I don’t use acrylics anymore and have lovely strong nails under the gel. I love my spooky nails this month and I love the muse nails team!!!!

5 /5 Niran Natthapat: Very clean with a lot of space! I could tell my tech was paying a lot of attention to the small details. The pedicure chairs looked particularly nice, I was very tempted to stay for one. It is nice that they offer drinks. I highly recommend

5 /5 TPF gaming: Blown away by how good my nails are , staff are so lovely , will defo recommend to everyone I know . I suffer really bad with anxiety but they made me feel at ease . Complimentary coffee was also a nice touch . Thank you . I will be back xx
