What followed was over an hour of sheer incompetence. The technician clearly had no idea what she was doing. My nails were thick, lumpy, and badly shaped. Worse, halfway through, she and another staff member began speaking in their own languageānot to include me, but to quietly change their minds about the design they had promised. They said nothing to me until after the damage was already done.
When I asked for clarification, they finally admitted they couldnāt actually do what I requested. By then, it was too late to go anywhere else. I was left with embarrassing nails right before a major event.
To make it worse, the manager didnāt offer a refund, fix, or apologyājust walked over and shoved the card machine in my face. Cold, dismissive, and entirely money-driven.
This is not a beauty business. Itās a place where your time, your trust, and your appearance are treated with zero respect. They shouldnāt be operating with this level of dishonesty and disregard. If you care even slightly about quality or professionalismāstay far away.
