Sara Toh Love this small yoga studio that I discovered! My main goal is to get some good stretches from the strength trainings I do. The instructors for both the Yin Yoga classes that I attended were great. It was so soothing that I almost fell asleep!

Harley Standring By far the best Yoga studio in London in my opinion. Truly community focused and with care and thoughtfulness in every detail. Coming here is truly an experience and is like getting therapy. Be sure to get involved in the community events and try all the classes!! Amazing music, amazing vibes and amazing quality all around. Thank you Om Being!

V C I’ve been joining MoreYoga for more than a year, and the Hackney studio is incredibly convenient as it is not far to the station. The class schedule fits perfectly with my availability, and the facilities are well-maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming, making it a great place to practice yoga. I appreciate the variety of classes offered, catering to different levels and preferences. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!

Everlast Gyms -

lucca lorenzetti Facilities are nice, sauna is great, steam room is terrible most of the time and pool is alright. For £49 I might do it again, only issue is I was on the phone with them when my contract was done. I had university after a month and a half and I was told I could pay for only that time with no recurring bill. I played email tennis with these guys after finding out I legally have to pay for another month. £49 is a lot of money for a uni student who has moved up to London but it seems they don’t really care too much and won’t do anything about it. I’m sorry to the great staff there, some were very nice, but I was promised one thing and received another and that’s not how you do business. Hopefully this next 49 can be paid for a closer gym I can actually somewhat use but for now I gotta kiss this 50 quid good bye.

Georgie Feldman I joined this gym over two years ago, low on confidence and 0 expectations. I knew that I wanted to learn how to weight train but I struggled with flexibility, mobility and had a lot of mental blocks around exercise. Fast forward two years and BJ, Tom and Holly have been so key to my confidence and I’ve gone from not being able to lift a 15kg bar to heavy weights and complex gymnastic movements. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to enter the world of weight training / CrossFit or even Hyrox-type exercise in an inclusive, calm and specialised environment.

Dan Kaplan Titan Gym is amazingly tidy -- every dumbbell, barbell, cable attachment, and clamp collar is in its spot [see photos]. The mornings are not crowded, ideal for a great workout. The price is good: 20 pounds per week, 45 per month. This gym is not for everyone, but for me its easily the best in Hackney (perhaps East London).
