5 /5 Daniel Sears: Came to the salon today having booked in for a men’s facial and also the head massage. This was the first time I had ever had either treatment, with Lucy or otherwise, and I totally underrated how beneficial I might find them, having always opted for a full body massage instead previously. Lucy is very welcoming, knowledgeable and very good at what she does. My skin feels great tonight but moreover I went in with a lot of tension in my jaw and neck this morning and feel so much more relaxed now. Would recommend 100% and will definitely return. Danny

5 /5 Ebony: Excellent customer service. I arrived early, but that was not a problem. I got the impression that Lucy was a professional and knew what she was doing. She was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I entered the salon. She sat me down and explained how it worked, and the treatment was done very neatly. Shes also very knowledgeable in what she does and very professional. Her prices are competitive, and well worth it for the service you get. The treatment room is comfortable and homely. I cant recommend Lucy and Moon and stars beauty enough!

So personable and easy to be around - anybody who might feel apprehensive or nervous to get a wax (for example) would have no need to worry as her therapy room is lovely and inviting and so is she! I would definitely recommend. Professional service and a genuinely lovely person!
