The environment is supportive and motivating although a bit pricey...making it an excellent place for both beginners and advanced gymnasts. Robert Fitzgerald Cool old school gym. Lots of great, high quality equipment- most of it quite old but that’s part of the charm! Clean and tidy and wasn’t too busy when I went at 4pm. Everything works as it should. Staff are friendly and happy to help.

Rachel Filby As always Amandas class was tough but Amazing! I would highly recommend AMP, and especially Amandas classes. I have been coming for about a year now and now could not imagine life without these AMP reformer! I was a true beginner and terrified to start, so if anyone is wondering whether they can do it, I promise you, if I can, anyone can! Amanda is a brilliant teacher, with impeccable attention to detail. And therefore you feel stronger and more capable each class you do. It is also a very cool setting. A very easy 5*s.

Rowdha Mukhtar Roe Pilates is an absolute gem! Finding a quality womens only studio was my main priority, and this place exceeded every expectation. As a first-timer, I was initially nervous, but the team made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. It was challenging and pushed me hard. It exercised muscle I never even knew could be exercised. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, organized, and has a genuinely lovely atmosphere. I also love the location; its tucked away on a quaint side street, perfectly placed next to some great cafes for a post-workout drink. I enjoyed my first class so much that I immediately booked another 7 sessions. Highly, highly recommend!

Abdulrazaq Olalekan The gym has a neat, and comfortable environment. Their equipment are clean. They trainers are very patients with their users, if you are not getting the instructions correctly, they take time to let you get the patterns very well. Ill recommend the gym anytime any day.

zanna nzewi We go there for Taekwando classes for kids. Dont know much about gym itself. Looks very clean. Only downside i experienced that i had to wait about 5-10mins for someone to come to reception even after ringing a bell. When i needed to reful water fir kids i couldnt find water fountain as it was hidden in the corner.
