1 /5 Madi Read: Very unclean salon. I instantly felt uncomfortable going in there. Then had my foot burnt in scolding water before my pedicure. Had to walk out because they were so rude about it. They asked me if ‘it was really that unbearable’ when I had a burn. AVOID

5 /5 Natasha: Misha has been waxing my brows for about a year now and I’ll always go back to her! She takes her time and makes you feel comfortable, and I always love the end result! I used to get my brows waxed in Benefit which charged £18, but the result I get with Misha is so much better and painless too! Would definitely recommend!

1 /5 Veronica Pompilii: I recently visited Misha Salon and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I went in for a lash and brow treatment, but the results were far from what I expected. Not only were my lashes and brows poorly done, but they looked uneven and messy. When I raised the issue with the staff, hoping for a solution, they were completely dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, they brushed me off and refused to acknowledge the problem. This kind of treatment shows a complete lack of respect for customers, and it’s clear they don’t take pride in their work or care about customer satisfaction. With so many salons available, I would recommend choosing a place that values its clients and stands behind its work.

1 /5 Amy: For any potential customers - please read through all the 1 star reviews posted and you will see a pattern of how Misha makes very serious and false claims - she makes vile attacks on any customers that leave a negative review. For example, questioning someone’s sanity and mental health because they left a bad review is deeply irresponsible and completely unacceptable. Misha repeatedly takes absolutely no accountability when a customer is unhappy with the appalling service she provides, instead she chooses to lash out and lie. It’s really quite pathetic. This woman does not deserve to remain in business.

5 /5 Ndidi Stewart Fraser-Uzoka: I am a loyal customer of Misha hair and beauty, it is the first place I had got my eyebrows done, and till this day i have no complaints and experience no pain. The customer service is great, if i need to bring my siblings she is very interactive. She takes her time to provide a great service. If your looking for great eyebrows and lashes come here the service is great!
