Everything from start to finish was perfection - the head massage, the facial, the hot water cascade and a fabulous blow dry to finish it off. Sensational and I couldn’t recommend this treatment or the team highly enough. Thankyou - I’ll be back!

I had had my hair done really badly in another hair salon and I was desperate to get it fixed before I went on holiday. Sophie at the reception desk was very accommodating and fit me in for a consultation with Michaela who did an assessment a few hours later. She fit me in the following day for a last-minute appointment with Simona. Simona was so passionate, professional and conscientious - she did a gorgeous and meticulous job with the colour and Michaela stayed late to finish off the treatment and gave me a complimentary face framing. It was a team effort from a wonderfully kind group of women who genuinely cared about giving me a great service and fixing the mess that someone else had made. I felt great after being there and my hair looked bright and refreshed for my holiday. Thanks so much to the team who saved the day and I will be back!

5 /5 Jen Allen: I recently had an Oxo treatment with Michaela — my first time visiting a hairdresser since moving to the UK — and I’m honestly so impressed. I couldn’t recommend this salon enough. Michaela was incredibly welcoming, kind, and clearly so talented. She offered great advice and really took the time to share her knowledge throughout the appointment. The salon itself is bright, clean, open, and peaceful — which makes such a difference when you’re spending a good amount of time there for a treatment. I’m really looking forward to seeing the results and will definitely be coming back!
