1 /5 yasmin muse: My daughter who is 15 years old booked an appointment after seeing such good reviews on google. When we arrived for our appointment someone was there before us and we waited for about 20 minutes. Once seen we showed the lady the design my daughter wanted (shown in the pictures) and the lady quoted us £52 which we thought was a bit expensive but as this was her first time getting her nails done we agreed. she said she was ABLE to execute this design. She took TWO hours to do this and when asked about the flowers not looking as good as the picture she stated that she was not finished yet. I had to leave to pick up my son so left thinking that she was not finished yet and that end product would look much better. The lady who did the nails for my daughter claims to be good at her job but she can see from this pictures that this is not her best and instead of taking £52 from my daughter, she could have said I will charge you for what it’s worth. Pictures speak for themselves and you should be ashamed to take advantage of a child that didn’t want to hurt you feeling by telling you she didn’t like it. I have seen your pictures on instagram and they look so good so why was it that you was unable to execute this design. Going by your pictures this design should have been easy for you. We requested a part refund as we didn’t believe you were able to fix this. But you refused and we have to get the nails redone somewhere else. Nothing from management to put this right and I hope these pictures are of help for anybody who want know what kind of place this is.
